It was very nice, as always, to see all the parents that came to school to meet with the teachers last week. Thank you for taking the time to work with us to set up new goals for our students, your children. Thank you also for taking the time to fill out the survey for guardians on SchoolSoft.

Happy Summer!

Happy Summer!

I hope everyone has had a great start to the well deserved Summer Holiday.

I truly enjoyed our first End of Year ceremony that was held at Södertörns högskola. Thank you to all our students and staff for being a part of making it so memorable. I would also like to express a huge thank you to everyone who performed at the ceremony and to Ilona for speaking on behalf of the Student Council.

We have had a successful first year at IES Huddinge. I am very proud of the students academic performance and their efforts to create wonderful work. I am also very proud of my staff, without great teachers and staff you cannot create a great school. We have a great school!

Enjoy the beautiful summer weather and stay safe!

Our performers were singing, dancing, beatboxing, rapping and Alexander solved the Rubic's Cube in a time under 45 seconds. Thank you also to Mr Close who did a great job arranging this event and the Student Council for helping in running it. I am so proud of you all!

Successful Recruitment trip

After returning from the Canada Recruitment trip 2014 I can let you know that it was very successful. During the two weeks visit in Ontario, Canada, I and two other IES Principals have in total interviewed over 100 Canadian teachers who would like to come over and teach in our schools in Sweden. Contracts are already being put together and positions are being filled for the expansions in our schools. It is fantastic that these teachers are moving all the way to Sweden to teach IES students. A big thanks to all of you that are showing interest in these positions.
